1. Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in their original packaging. Products showing signs of use, damage, or modification will not be eligible for return.

2. Non-Returnable Items
For safety and legal reasons, we cannot accept returns on drones that have been flown, software-activated, or registered with any aviation authority.

3. Process
To initiate a return, please visit the contact section of our website and request return authorization. Unauthorized returns may be rejected.

4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable. In some cases, a restocking fee may apply.

5. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, return the original product and place a new order.

We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet these conditions.
